There are more than 60 different neighborhoods within the community to choose from, each offering something different in terms of location and home styles.
 
The community of McCormick Ranch has been around since the 1970s. Most of the homes were built in the 80s and 90s, are southwest-style, and have retained their original design, often featuring flat roofs and lower ceilings. Many properties within the community have also been gutted and completely renovated to give them a more modern flair.
 
You can find various types of living in McCormick Ranch ranging from condos, apartments, and townhomes to single-family homes and luxury living with large lot square footage. Since this is one of the most desirable communities in Scottsdale, there is a significantly higher price point for the homes in McCormick Ranch versus other parts of the valley.
